Clean, even color for coastal homes around Sneads Ferry and Topsail.
How an interior turns out is decided long before the lid comes off the can. We cover the floors and move what needs moving, patch and sand the walls, prime the spots that need it, then cut sharp lines and roll even coats across walls, ceilings, trim, doors and built-ins. Kitchen and bath cabinets get repainted to a smooth, wipeable finish. Not sure what color you want? Brad will sit down and work it out with you rather than hand you a fan deck and leave. Single rooms, whole houses, rentals turning over between seasons and offices after hours, everything put back where it was and cleaned up behind us.
BeforeAfter
Coastal North Carolina is hard on a house. Salt air, humidity and shade grow mildew on siding and green on concrete, and paint laid over any of that fails inside a season. So we do both halves ourselves: soft-wash the surface down until it is actually clean, let it dry, then prep and paint it. No coordinating two outfits, no arguing about whose prep failed. Drag the slider to see both sides of the same call.
Two different real S&S jobs, one from each half of the business: on the left a house mid-wash, on the right a Topsail-coast home after a full exterior repaint. Not the same house, and we are not going to pretend it is. Ask Brad to show you a matched before and after from a job like yours.
Home base is Old Folkstone Road, the stretch running between Holly Ridge and Sneads Ferry, so the island is a short trip either way. We work Sneads Ferry, Holly Ridge, Surf City, North Topsail Beach, Topsail Beach, Hampstead, Jacksonville, Swansboro and Richlands. Somewhere else in Onslow or Pender County? Call and ask.
Tell Brad what you have got, a single room, the whole exterior, a driveway gone green, a dock that has not been touched in years or a hole in the sheetrock, and you will get a straight, free estimate and a start date. Photos help, plenty of jobs can be priced without a visit. Military discount for the Lejeune community.
